For many years the websites for business, organizations, ministries and churches have been information based. Static, stationary and lacking movement. But over the past 7 years with the advent of social networking sites like myspace, facebook, twitter and others, we’ve seen and experienced a mew active and connected use for the internet.

Facebook creator Mark Zuckerberg described one of the main goals of facebook as a “stream”. The concept behind the “steam” is to pull all the different things going on in your life and your friends life into this one constant flow. Facebook has released updates to their site on a regular basis constantly trying to improve the “stream” and how it’s users interact with it.

In the 90’s I grew up watching a show called family matters. One of the characters, Steve Urkel, was the epitome of a nerd.
He had suspenders, high water pants, huge 80’s style thick framed glasses, and a laugh that was a kin to a snorting piglet.
In second grade this man was my idol. I had glasses like him, I sometimes wore suspenders, did “impressions” for my friends, and
